We are a rapidly growing e-commerce supplement brand, Halo Labs. We specialize in high-quality gummy supplements and are looking for an experienced Sourcing and Logistics Specialist to professionalize our supply chain.
We are currently transitioning our packaging to a premium, custom pouch and need an expert to manage this production transition while optimizing our global fulfillment strategy.
Responsibilities:
Premium Sourcing: Identify and vet Tier-1 manufacturers in China capable of producing custom-spec pouches (Matt Oil finish, 9-color printing) and high-quality gummy formulations.
Hybrid Fulfillment Setup: Coordinate a dual-track fulfillment system: bulk shipments to our Florida-based 3PL and a reliable direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment lane from China.
Logistics Optimization: Manage international shipping to bypass current hub bottlenecks and ensure consistent stock levels to prevent revenue-impacting stockouts.
