**Key missions of the position:**

+ Transformation of Ops quality performance by keeping “customer Centric” approach
+ Lead by example while solving complex quality challenges (internal and external).
+ Creating agile and resilient team to overcome product quality challenges (zero KM and Warranty) and demonstrate control on COPQ and reliability

**Responsibilities**

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Demonstrated ownership on product quality (internal and at customer’s premises).
+ Instrumental in resolving all Zero KM and Warranty claims within stipulated time with excellent REX, LLC management and PFMEA approach
+ Owning the complete Product Quality related processes, right from process inspection to Dispatch Inspection – with flawless execution of products
+ Influencing suppliers to deliver highest level of quality.
+ Overall cost reduction initiatives to support the budget and positive impact on financials.<...
