Product Quality Engineer

Job Overview:

• We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Quality Engineer to be our on-site quality lead at our FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) vendor. You'll be the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, ensuring that products meet the rigorous standards from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production and sustaining phases. This includes everything from incoming material and assembly through final shipment. This role is crucial for maintaining customer's world-class product excellence and driving continuous improvement with our manufacturing partner.
• You'll serve as customer's eyes and ears on the ground, proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks, leading root cause analyses for production issues, and implementing effective corrective actions.
