Product Project Manager Voicebot, Copilot & Speech Analytics

Modalidad: Trabajo en modo híbrido. Localización: Madrid.

Horario: De 08:00 a 17:00 Lunes a Viernes; Agosto de 08:00 a 15:00h.

Responsabilidades

  • Definition & planning
  • Structure initiatives and define use cases such as automation, agent assist, and analytics.
  • Prioritize based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Build and validate business cases and forecast value.
  • Define roadmap, releases, and implementation plans. Coordination & delivery.
  • Coordinate across Product, AI, Tech, and local teams.
  • Manage backlog, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Oversee testing phases (unit & UAT) and ensure readiness for production environments.
