Job Description

ProductManagement (Build the right thing)

  • Own product roadmap executive for key platform modules (fleet ops dashboard, job workflows, integrations, alert, reporting)
  • Translate customer/ops needs into PRDs, user journey, epics/stories , acceptance criteria , and non-functional requirements (reliability, security, performance, observability)
  • Drive prioritization with clear trade-offs (impact vs effort vs risk), and manage scope through disciplined change control

9.2 Program/ Delivery Management (Build it right, on time)

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across workstream: software, robotics, site readliness, vendor integrations, QA/testing, rollout
  • Own governance: master plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID log, decision log, release plan, rollout checklist
