Product Program Manager

Position Overview

Our Product Management team at Zelis Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Program Manager to support the successful delivery of large product releases and strategic initiatives. This role will report through Product Management and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness, clear execution, and strong cross-team alignment.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-workstream initiatives—owning operational readiness, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring that delivery milestones, risks, and communications are proactively managed. This role is critical to ensuring that product launches and strategic initiatives are executed smoothly and deliver intended business outcomes.
