In this role you will own the pricing strategy for our Protection portfolio (Auto, Home, Health, and others) within Santander. You will align pricing with commercial goals, regulatory standards, and profitability, while leading data-driven decision making and end-to-end execution. You’ll design AI-enabled, real-time pricing models and scalable frameworks to maximize value and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve profitability in a regulated environment.
