- Select raw materials in compliance with the regulations and standards of each country.
- Coordinate with fishing sources, aquaculture farms, relevant authorities, processors, and various seafood suppliers.
- Conduct product development and calculate product costs.
- Present information and new products internally within the organization.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years experience as a, chef/cook, Buyer/procurement in seafood or food materials
- Knowledge and understanding of fishing grounds, aquaculture farms, relevant authorities, processors, and suppliers of various seafood products within Thailand.
- Conversational High in English (To communicate with Head quater and supplier)
- Procifient in Excel (formula, Pivot/Vlookup)
- Cheerful and positive, with a bright personality and the ability to work well with colleagues...
