Responsibilities

• The Product Owner manages the business-led intake of technology enhancement requests outside major projects. Reporting into the business, the role evaluates, prioritizes, and prepares requests for IT estimation while maintaining alignment with business leads and IT Delivery. The Product Owner ensures clear communication, effective backlog governance, and smooth progression through the delivery lifecycle, while partnering with the Product Manager to support value-based decisions and executive reporting.
