Product Owner

Job Description

The Pod Product Owner partners with cross‑functional teams to drive delivery of high‑value, customer‑focused product increments within a banking environment. This role owns the product backlog, aligns with senior stakeholders on product vision, and ensures Agile best practices are followed to maximize business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, including writing and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and sequence work to ensure maximum business value delivery
• Partner with Product Leaders, Technology Leads, and banking stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and adjust priorities based on feedback and evolving business needs
