Role Overview

The Talent Community Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the Talent Community product and lifecycle (portal experience + candidate/Staffer journeys), enhancing the overall experience within the Job Duck Talent Community, from Candidates preparing for placement to Staffers advancing in their careers. This role owns the Talent Community product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog to maximize member quality, readiness, and placement outcomes. Working through the Talent Community Committee and delivery partners, it aligns cross‑functional efforts, establishes clear product goals, manages tradeoffs, and drives continuous improvement, using data to support broader organizational goals.
