Profile Summary:
As a Product Owner (PO)for HID Controllers, you are the glue between stakeholders' needs and product specification, planning and execution. You identify needs by working with both stakeholders and your one or more scrum teams. You create requirements in the form of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-based artifacts like features and stories, dive into the details and refine solutions with your engineering designers, implementers and testers. You run program increment (PI) quarterly planning for your scrum teams, then track, refine and modify your scrum team's work as you progress through the plan.
