- Experience using MS Office packages
- Good written, verbal and digital communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and detailed user stories
- Ability to gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritise features
- Proficiency in analysing data, conducting market research, and using metrics to inform decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a structured backlog, track work to completion, and ensure tasks, requests, and decisions are clearly documented and nothing is overlooked
- Ability to engage with colleagues and service users, collaborating at all levels
