MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Identify and analyze the options for improvement or development of the product based on the business needs for such product. KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS
- Listening closely to the market and to the voice of all L'Oréal employees
Monitors trends (market / technologies) and identifies opportunities for the company
In collaboration with Employee Experience and Business Platforms teams, collects, and understands internal customers' needs
- Defining the services roadmap
Qualifies and challenges internal customers' requests considering Security, Privacy, Sustainability and Financial aspects.
