Product Owner, CQP driven sales process development

Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner for the Configure‑Price‑Quote (CPQ) system within ABB’s IEC LV Motors Division. This role reports to the Product Manager and is based in Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland, or Diegem, Belgium. The work model is hybrid, with approximately two days of travel per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CPQ system and sales process development.
• Innovate and deliver a state‑of‑the‑art process that engages customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, including backlog prioritisation, release coordination and governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product data, pricing, sales, R&D) to integrate high‑quality solutions.
• Lead and motivate a team of experts and external partners, ensuring strong performance and clear direction (approximately 7–8 reports + vendors).
