Engages customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to obtain market information and discover opportunities for clinical products, with a strong emphasis on Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows and clinician experience. Contributes to identifying customer needs and market opportunities, guiding teams to develop solutions and validate them. Supports the product development and road-mapping processes for products/features, ensuring requirements and best practices are met while driving delivery excellence.
