Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to support an initiative focused on enhancing and automating the patient surgical journey using AI-driven voice agents. This PM will work closely with clinicians, operations, business leaders, and engineering teams to define digital requirements, shape the roadmap, and lead delivery for AI-powered patient-engagement workflows. Prior AI product experience (voice agents, chatbots, conversational AI) is required. Healthcare system experience is strongly preferred.
