Reporting to Director of Supply Chain
Job Summary
This is a pivotal position within the Supply Chain Department. The incumbent will have a portfolio of styles and must work autonomously to ensure that supply is available to meet customer orders according to established metrics. To collaborate with Sales to provide input into the forecast and issue purchase orders in a timely manner to meet customer demand and inventory turnover targets. To provide effective communication tools and information to Sales to ensure customer confidence.
Major Responsibilities
I. Using the sales forecast and set inventory targets generate purchase orders for assigned styles in a timely rummer (120 days for new and 90 days for ongoing products) in order to achieve order fill rate targets of95% complete and on time delivery within 48 hours.
