Job Description
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payer‑provider platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield’s strategic goals.
Enable prioritization and requirement definition while driving to long‑term product vision and strategy.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
Partner closely with the stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non‑technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
