What are we looking for
  • Technical Product Ownership: Previous experience in implementing and owning ERPs/CRMs and analytics stacks (Mixpanel/Amplitude).
  • Workflow Architecture: Ability to design complex lead-routing and automation flows (Respond.io or similar WhatsApp/Omnichannel tools).
  • Siloed Data Mindset: Deep understanding of data security and how to implement 'Need-to-Know' access in a high-stakes transaction environment.
