Product Manager

A well-established and fast-growing digital entertainment group in the Philippines is looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of their online casino product. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the heart of the business, responsible for the casino lobby, game discovery, bonuses, gamification, and the end-to-end player experience that drives engagement, retention, and revenue.

You’ll own the casino roadmap end to end, working closely with game aggregators and studios, payments, CRM, compliance, and engineering to ship features that move real KPIs. Day to day that means prioritising a backlog, writing clear specs, managing aggregator integrations (think Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw), defining bonus and promo mechanics, and keeping everything compliant in a regulated market. This is a role for someone who’s done it before, not a stepping stone into casino product.
