    - Conduct market research, oversee product development and establish product management plan to launch company products
    - Develop product management strategies and product promotion plan associated with new and existing products
    - Initiating marketing plan for launching new products and ensure that assigned product is getting new market gain and with effective marketing strategy
    - Set up and proposes the Products Management Plan: Budget/Action Plan/Promotional activity Plan for the assigned products and submit for approval.
    -Develop, manage and purchase promotional material for Marketing activity from vendor
