Our client is a Malaysian based company, specializing in electronic component packaging system (ECPS), currently looking for a Product Manager to be based in Penang.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product portfolio strategy aligned with market trends and business growth targets
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
- Manage product pricing strategy, margin performance and price-cost management
- Develop business cases and support new projects/customers development initiatives
- Engagement with key customers to understand business needs, pain points and growth opportunities
- Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and partnership
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue growth and new projects development
- Synchronize between internal and external parties to achieve total customers satisfaction.
