Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for carrying out marketing research, managing and executing nautical product plans focused on consumer segments and mass retailer needs. He/she must build personas of target customers and product objectives that will be used through the Go To Market process. Communicate and train sales, customer service and internal teams on product objectives and customer targets ensuring effective campaign launches. The candidate is responsible for following a product or product line from conception to commercialization and SKU optimization according to the company's sales and marketing strategy, in close collaboration with sales, the R&D team and other areas of the marketing department. This role reports to the Director, Products and Brands.
