• Turning vague problems into clear product ideas.
• Working with engineers to get features shipped.
• Testing things before users find the bugs.
• Looking at product metrics and figuring out what‘s working (and what‘s not).
• Running experiments and validating ideas quickly.
• Researching competitors so we‘re never caught sleeping.
• Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc. to move faster.
• Owning projects end-to-end instead of waiting for instructions.
