Product Manager

-A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
-10+ years of experience in complex business or product analysis, with at least 4 years being in the AI space.
-Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading ceremonies and driving product development.
-Familiarity with content management systems, intranet platforms, or knowledge management tools—experience with Sitecore, Adobe Analytics, or ServiceNow is a plus.
-A strong understanding of AI concepts, including data organization, ethical considerations, security, and how algorithms impact data.
-Experience working in professional services or other highly matrixed environments is preferred.
-Ability to work flexible hours to match EST hours -Must be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people
