•New product development, line extensions, market development and product launches. •Tracks sales performance and provide post-mortem report. •Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of marketing plan (e.g. sales, pricing, promotion & distribution programs •Conduct Voice of Customer to improve customer understanding in order to identify new product opportunities and gaps. •Develop and purchase POSMs, allocation and delivery. •Tracks and monitors monthly sales performance for individual products assigned •Implementation of all promotion campaign details and special project (PR, trade marketing). •Tracks and reports promotional activities; coordinates analysis details for file records and planning •Coordination of special department projects: •Benchmark studies, focus group & related research projects •Customer workshops, seminars •Internal and external product testing •Joint marketing/ PR campaigns •Monitors initi...Ready to Apply?
