Job Description

The incumbent acts as the primary expert for heating and hydronics products in Western Canada. They are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the related product lines, their market positioning, and the resulting commercial performance.

They play a key role in aligning sales teams, purchasing, suppliers, and product management to ensure portfolio growth and profitability.

The incumbent will travel regularly to branches across Western Canada to support sales teams and contribute actively to business development. Occasional travel across Canada and to the United States is required to meet manufacturing partners, attend training, and participate in industry events.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience in the HVAC‑R industry, specifically in heating and hydronics, gained with a manufacturer, distributor, or specialized contractor.
