Job Responsibilities :-
1. Brand Strategy and Management
Track brand performance
Track market for competitor activity. Review research data and align to brand need
Build brand market strategy in conjunction with reporting manager and National marketing Manager
Plan and conduct market visits to get an on the ground feel of the brand – visibility ; movement market, channels etc
Design and execute the ground level activities through effect coordination & briefing of event organizers
Design/launch brand media (ATL/BTL) campaigns with support from media manager and creative agencies-brief concerned parties, manage creative inputs , achieve right media mix and coordinate media campaign launch
Digital/Social would be an critical element
2. Sales Market Share and Profitability management
Achieve sales, market share and Profit target for the brand.
