Product Management Leader (Xico)

The Product Leader is responsible for leading the company product team to ensure the overall success of the company product categories in terms of revenue, volume and profit; in charge of product planning & line‐up logic, pricing strategies, product lifecycle and new product launches readiness, as well as reviewing purchases and healthy inventory levels.
Responsibilities Manage the product marketing team, serving as the primary source of product expertise, industry knowledge, competitive intelligence, pricing analysis, and consumer insights.
Lead the development of business plans for product categories, creating category strategies and growth plans for Mexico.
Coordinate product planning across cross‐functional teams and global product divisions, identifying opportunities for new product development, defining local product lineups, positioning, and pricing strategies.
