Product Management & Education Intern: Insights & Training

Job Description

The Product Management & Education Intern will work across upstream marketing and medical education teams, supporting customer insight activities, product documentation, and the development of training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer insight activities, including helping prepare user surveys and gathering inputs that inform upstream marketing and product management decisions.
• Contribute to product documentation efforts, including assisting with product labeling tasks and ensuring materials are aligned and accurate.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of training materials, such as slide decks, reference guides, and other educational assets.
• Help coordinate and organize training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, communication, and preparation of training resources.
