About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic Product Leader to define the future of our Energy Storage business.
Mission & Key responsibilities-Strategic Road-mapping: Lead the top-level design and combination strategy of our product portfolio.-Drive Execution: Bridge the gap between market insights, technology pre-research, and successful product launches.-Optimize Investment: ensure the organization allocates its most critical resources to high-ROI innovations that deliver maximum value to the business and our customers.
Qualifications & Experience-Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.-Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Management Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within the New Energy or Energy Storage industry.-Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end product/solution approvals.
