**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their operation area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive employee relationship environment by adherence to Eaton’s values, ethics and philosophies. This position drives a culture of continuous improvement in Production, Materials management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety while utilizing the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF)
