About the TeamOur team plays a critical role in TikTok's advertising business by driving large-scale acquisition of new advertisers. We work at the intersection of growth, product, partnerships, and experimentation to unlock new ways of bringing businesses onto the platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives, gain exposure to AI-enabled workflows, and learn directly from experienced leaders including product managers and ex-MBB consultants. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
