Product Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate customer product designs into manufacturable rubber components.
• Conceptualize and design tooling and moulds required for rubber part production.
• Determine optimal tooling economics, including cavity number, cycle times, and production efficiency.
• Oversee tooling realization, prototyping, and commissioning of new products.
• Scale validated prototypes into reliable series production.
• Act as technical interface with customers, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions.
• Present technical proposals, design options, and cost implications to both customers and internal teams.
• Support sales and commercial teams with technical inputs for quotations and pricing.
• Be able to represent the company to external stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD and drawing packages for tooling, product design, and manufacturing documentation.
