Job Summary
The Product Experience Manager is responsible for owning and improving the end-to-end player experience across the BingoPlus slot platform. This role focuses on identifying experience gaps, optimizing user journeys, and working cross-functionally to ensure product features, game flows, and operational touchpoints deliver a smooth, engaging, and commercially effective experience.
This position acts as the bridge between Product, Slot Operations, UX/UI, Data, and Customer-facing teams, translating player behavior and feedback into clear experience improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end user experience across slot gameplay, platform flows, and key user journeys
Identify experience pain points and friction across onboarding, gameplay, rewards, payments, and retention flows
Translate user behavior data, feedback, and performance metrics into clear experience improvement proposals
