Product Engineering Lead

We're working with a well-funded cybersecurity SaaS scale-up building enterprise device management software. They need a Product Engineering Lead to build and guide a flat team of engineers.

The Role: Lead a team building a cloud-native device lifecycle platform serving enterprise customers. You'll spend your first 30 days understanding product architecture, then shift to team building, refining delivery, and improving how work gets done. This isn't just executing backlog. You'll shape technical direction, mentor engineers without senior support, and balance 50/50 delivery and improvement work.

The Stack: Python, Django, Azure, microservices, distributed systems
