Product Engineer

Location: Fully Remote - ideally based in LATAM due to team setup, but can be based anywere

Salary: up to $40k per year DOE

This is not a typical engineering role. We're looking for a developer who thinks like a product person, ships like a startup founder, and builds with AI as their copilot. You'll own features end-to-end, from understanding user problems to deploying solutions that help enterprises hire faster and smarter.

The Role

As a Product Engineer at Talkpush, you'll be part of a small, high-impact team building AI-powered recruitment automation used by some of the world's largest employers. This is a hybrid role that combines strong coding skills with product thinking, UX sensibility, and the ability to make smart decisions about what to build and how.

You won't just write code to spec. You'll talk to customers, understand their problems, design solutions, ...
