About Our Client
Our client in Vaughan, a leader in the Manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a Product Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. They will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring that all manufacturing operations run safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain steel door and frame models in accordance with Vision standards and customer requirements.
Prepare detailed CAD drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation for production approval.
Ensure all products comply with UL, WHI, and CSA requirements for fire rating, safety, and performance.
Review architectural and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility before production release.
Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and item routings.
