Job Description
Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, validating processes, managing technical communication for products, designing and optimizing new product processes, and overseeing assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Develops Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholder's (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs and requirements through an established area of technical expertise and mentorship of others within site as it applies to their role.Demonstrates effective communications (teleconference, email, and in-person) through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.Demonstrates expertise in the full Plexus Manufacturing process on small to mid size projects, as it applies to their role.D...
