Job Description
**角色职责:**
+ Draft , track and review projects plan , project budget／expense and resource plan Supporting Sustaining Projects Leader.配合技术支持主管起草,跟踪和评估各个项目计划，项目预算／花费以及资源要求。
+ Participate project teams which are composed of members from engineering, manufacturing, quality and sourcing, as core team member to accomplish project technical targets. Manage and monitor the progress of sample acquiring, test,ECS/limited production and quality approving, make sure projects will be completed on time.参与由技术、生产、质量、采购的员工组成的项目组，作为项目主要组员协同完成项目技术指标。安排和监督样品定制、测试、试产及质量认证，确保项目在要求的节点完成。
+ Define and communicate on qualification test plans according to products properties, perform the qualification process.根据产品特性制定和沟通认证测试计划，执行认证过程。
+ Define and assess design changes of Global ECN, Local CAT related design proposals, perform related design changes including drawing, BOM, Internal NPCA etc. under projects leader’s instruction.在项目主管的指导下解读和评估全球工程变更和CAT项目的设计变更需求，执行相关产...
