Position: Forward Deployed Engineer
Work on production-grade Voice AI systems used by real customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer impact —focused on solving real-world problems and turning them into scalable solutions.
What you’ll do:
Build AI workflows, integrations, and tooling
Work with LLMs, prompts, and RAG systems
Write production-quality code (Python / JavaScript)
Turn customer-driven solutions into reusable product capabilities
What you won’t do:
Customer calls or account ownership
Repetitive support work
This is not solutions engineering . Success is measured by long-term leverage , not quick fixes.
