Product Engineer - ECN Implementation

Responsible for the review and analysis of Engineering change packages ( Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Drawings, etc.) and provide engineering disposition for accuracy and correct product configuration.

Support Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing in defining and resolving configuration control issues.

Ensures strict adherence to all change processes associated with product and processes.

Coordinate the implementation of released ECN to all cross functional teams ( Operations, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Stores, BOM, EWI )

Spearhead daily Change Review Board ( CRB) meetings to discuss ECN implementation, follow-up closure of actions items to ensure full implementation of released ECNs.

Communicates effectively within and outside of own team to explain facts, policies and practices related to work area.
