Product Engineer

DUTIES:

·Design complex components and sub-systems for Power Systems and Machines.

·Collaborate with client design team and Finite Element Analysis team for Project Objectives and Goals.

·Perform analysis for structural integrity of engine mounted components – static linear and nonlinear, modal transient dynamic, heat transfer, bolted joint, and welded structures.

·Document analysis objectives, conclusions, results, and assumptions.

·Present to the client the analysis results and conclusions.

·Lead design reviews and resolve technical design conflicts.

·Suggest recommendations based on analysis findings and experience.

·Prepare Finite Element Analysis models.

·Finite Element Analysis – test correlation for engine components - vibration and/or stress.
