Product Engineer

We are hiring an intermediate Full-Stack Developer: a product engineer with 2–5 years of production experience who owns the process end-to-end. Not just the code, the problem definition, the user experience, and the business outcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversation – sit in discovery calls with clients and translate what you hear into scope, flows, and tickets.
• Shape the product – wireframe the experience before you build it, sketch in Figma or your preferred tool, prototype it fast, and bring real artifacts to the client for feedback.
• Build production‑grade web and cloud applications using modern JS/TS, React, Node, and cloud‑native on AWS; maintain clean commits, tested code, and observability.
• Work with AI – use Claude, Cursor, and other leading tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
