​Product Engineer

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in the Bournemouth area, is seeking an NPI Engineer to join their engineering team. Working closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and production teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth introduction of new products, processes, and technologies into the manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Act as the key link between design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Support process improvement initiatives to optimise quality, efficiency, and production readiness.
Assist with risk assessments, process validation, and continuous improvement activities.
Previous experience in an NPI Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Production Engineer, or similar role.
Knowledge of process validation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.
