Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Engineer to join our automotive team. The Product Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, validation, and launch of products for OEM and Tier 1 customers. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including process engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and cost objectives.
The ideal candidate will have technical problem-solving skills, experience with automotive product development processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include product development support, engineering changes, product improvement initiatives, customer communication, and continuous improvement activities to drive product performance.
