Span is seeking a hands-on engineer to help shape AI adoption within engineering teams. You will tackle KTLO root-cause analysis, build a practical software catalog for monoliths, and reduce distractions by designing AI-powered workflows.

Ideal candidates have founder experience or startup exposure, a strong product sense, and hands-on work with LLMs; you will collaborate using TypeScript, NestJS, React, Postgres, Redis, and related tools.
