Job Summary

:

The person hired for the position will contribute and focus on 3M China Electronics new products development to provide 3M high value added and differentiated solutions to key customers in electrically conductive materials related area.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Leading new products development and/or introduce new technologies to the electronics market segment.
  • Prototyping and making unique products with strong value proposition using 3M technology, customer and market understanding, competitive product knowledge.
  • Creating intellectual property and strategy to establish a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Working with Global teams for knowledge and technology sharing, developing strong working partnerships/networks inside the 3M Electronics (China & Global), 3M Corporate Labs and other external groups
