Product Development & R&D Executive

Handle sample development process from tech pack to final execution Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, QC, and CRM departments.
Follow up on materials, artworks, printing, and sample timelines. Maintain development tracking and reporting systems Review product specifications, measurements, and customer requirements. Ensure timely sample dispatches and revision
handling Support product improvements and collection developments. Maintain structured reporting and departmental coordination Requirement.
Experience in sporting goods, gloves, bags, apparel, or product development preferred.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
